ABIYUDA is a Holding Company that coordinates the runs of 4(four) Limited Sister Companies namely :

1. PT PENA BALI (Architects and Consultants on Building Planning & Supervising)
2. PT SAKA ABIYUDA (General Contractor on Civil Works & MEP and Real Estate)
3. PT SAKA PAPAN NUSANTARA (General Contractor on Wood Working: Interior and Furniture, Wooden Houses, etc.)
4. PT SAKA BUILDING SERVICES (General Contractor on Building Maintenance & Management)

Dating back to the company’s early times, ABIYUDA was initially developed as a limited partnership company by name CV SAKA ABIYUDA, legally established on 25 August 1990. And after running smoothly for eleven years and having been strongly motivated by its great capabilities and excellent recommendation in the fields, and in order to be able to compete more widely, CV SAKA ABIYUDA upgraded its business form into a limited company by name PT SAKA ABIYUDA, which then was deliberately organized and run with 4(four) division namely Architecture Div, Civil & MEP Div, Interior & Furniture Div, and Pest Control Div. After successfully running in the division configuration for almost fifteen years, and in order to fulfill its need to maximize coordination for superior services, SAKA management then decided implementing a brilliant idea of establishing a holding company by first developing all the existing divisions into four limited companies, which are then called as the ‘sister companies’, and run under the coordination of the mother, the Holding Company, ABIYUDA, who now has the tasks to coordinate all the sister companies skills and specialization towards all project tasks under one name and motto, the ‘one stop property solution’.
